What went wrong?

Doesn't matter how much you've paid for your domain, how many hours you spent describing the services you offer or how much you paid for your web designer. If customers can’t find your website, it doesn’t exist.

How you troubleshoot what's happening, depends on your hosting platform.

But as a general guideline, try checking these things first.

Check your billing is your domain and hosting current?
Check your DNS, does the Domain IP point to the hosting IP?
Did you clear your cache or try private browsing?

If everything check out.. you'll need to look at your hosting.

Managed WordPress

Site builders are great, so don't panic. Try accessing your site on your cell phone (with WiFi turned OFF). Did that fix the problem? If not, republish your website.

First, login to your account, check to make sure your domain and website is in good standing. If everything is current, access your Website Builder software from the product page & republish your site.

Now you have to wait for your website to propagate. This can take up to 72hrs

With Managed WordPress plans, we handle the technical stuff. So if your having problems with your site, simply try restoring from the nightly backup.

If that doesn't work, our Tech support will test to make sure that the DOMAIN/HOSTING is work & point you in the right direction for the Web software.

With cPanel or Plesk Hosting plans, you choose how the site is built using CMS software (WordPress, Joomla, Druple or html code) and then start building the content.

Our support line will make sure that the domain links to the hosting correctly, and the hosting plan is not having any issues. Tech support with test to make sure that the HOSTING is work & point you in the right direction for the Web software.
