What went wrong?

Doesn't matter how much you've paid for your domain, how many hours you spent describing the services you offer or how much you paid for your web designer. If customers can’t find your website, it doesn’t exist. 


How you troubleshoot what's happening, depends on your hosting platform.

But as a general guideline, try checking these things first.

  • Check your billing is your domain and hosting current?
  • Check your DNS, does the Domain IP point to the hosting IP?  
  • Did you clear your cache or try private browsing?

If everything check out.. you'll need to look at your hosting.
